Xyston Miniatures designs, manufactures and sells a range of premium quality historical figures and accessories with the discerning wargamer or modeller in mind. We aim to make our ranges unsurpassed for quality, variety and character.
Please note that our products are models not toys. They are supplied in kit form and some modelling skill is required. For example: our 15mm figures are supplied without spears, and their weapon hand needs to be drilled to accept a wire spear (available separately), or a home made weapon. Our models contain small parts and can contain lead, and are not suitable for children under 14.
The Terms and Conditions of Trade quoted on this site refer exclusively to direct sales to private individuals. If you are a retailer or distributor requiring trade information please contact us by one of the methods on our Contacts page.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, and click on "Buy Now" for any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All product prices in our Online Shop are displayed in UK pounds, and your card will be charged in UK pounds. If you are shopping from outside the UK we recommend you check with your credit card company regarding any charges you may incur for currency conversion. The full price of your order (including shipping and handling) will be displayed BEFORE it is completed.
PLEASE NOTE: We can now accept orders by telephone or mail, and we can now accept payment by cheque or Pay Pal.
Shipping And Handling
We ship worldwide by Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Shipping charges are at cost, based on the projected weight of the goods in your basket; our Online Shop software calculates the charges automatically as you build your order. The eventual total shipping charge is determined by your choice of delivery method, and your delivery location. In addition to the shipping charge there is a £2.50 flat rate handling charge. The total shipping and handling charge is visible at all times as you proceed with your order.
Delivery Schedule
Subject to stock availability we attempt to process and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Delivery time following dispatch varies depending on your location and choice of delivery method. See below for a rough guide:
UK Destinations:
1st Class typically 1 working day
2nd Class typically 1-3 working days
International Destinations:
Airmail typically 3-7 working days
Surface Mail typically 2-8 weeks

Back Orders
At the moment we do not operate a back order system. Charges for items that are out of stock when your order ships will be refunded within 1 working day of dispatch.
Tax Charges
Xyston Miniatures is not VAT registered; consequently our prices are not subject to additional VAT charges. The price displayed is the price you pay.If you are ordering from outside the UK you may have to pay import taxes or customs duties. We are not responsible for these charges. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges (if any) you may incur.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us. To cancel you will need to send us a cancellation notice, preferably in the form of a letter. Please send any such notice, stating clearly your full name and address, the order number and relevant details of your purchase, and that you wish to cancel the contract, to the address below:

Your right to cancel the contract exists from the moment that you purchase your goods until the expiry of seven working days beginning with the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will require the return of any goods that are the subject of a cancellation notice in good condition and at your cost. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.On receipt of the returned goods, and within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation, we will reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods (excluding shipping and handling).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
